Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm you are legally permitted to use fantasy sports platforms in your jurisdiction. Picks League is a skill-based platform; no real money is wagered.

Pool Rules & Fair Play

All participants must abide by the following:

• >One account per person. Multi-accounting results in permanent ban.
• >Picks are final once the submission deadline passes.
• >Pool admins set rules; disputes go to the admin first, then support.
• >Automated tools or bots are strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, scoring algorithms, and product features are the exclusive property of Picks League. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Picks League is not responsible for match cancellations, data feed errors, or force-majeure events that may affect scoring. In such cases, pool admins will be notified and remediation options communicated.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or compromise the integrity of any pool. You may delete your account at any time from Profile to Settings.
